The role provides legal and commercial advice to support the business and mitigates risks in transactions.

Provide legal & commercial advisory to businesses & functions
Legal drafting
Review and negotiate contracts drafting and review.
Undertake research to support advisory.
Facilitate periodic review of laws and regulations.
Provide support for special groupwide projects – Transaction advisory for mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, due diligences etc.
Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in law (minimum of second class lower).
At least 5 years related experience
Strong knowledge of corporate commercial legal practice
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
Critical thinker and problem solver
Professionalism and high ethical standards
Great team player to support cohesive operations in the Legal
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Good written & verbal communication skills.
